Take advantage of our free shipping offer. If you order $100 or more of any combination of our wedding products, we will refund all your shipping charges after you place the order. How does this work? It's really quite simple...

You don't have to do anything. After we receive your order, we check if it totals $100 or more. If it does, your credit card, debit card, or bank account will be refunded via PayPal within 1 to 3 business days. The shipping amount will depend on the method of shipping you choose during checkout and the amount of your order. You will see the shipping amount before you submit your order. Please note that the free shipping offer is only for orders shipped via our standard shipping method and not for RUSH orders. Free shipping does not apply to the following US territories: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Order Processing Time: Once you complete your order and pay through PayPal, your order is processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Shipping Time: After an order is processed (which won't happen unless the customer finishes the check out process through PayPal), it takes no longer than 7 total days for the order to arrive via our regular (most cost effective) shipping option. This means that after placing an order and checking out through PayPal, your order will arrive in 10 total days or less. Orders usually arrive in less than 10 days, but 10 days is the most that your order should take to arrive (except for orders from Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, which can take longer). Please make sure to place non-rush orders at least three weeks prior to your event.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses, so please indicate a street address when you place your order.
