One of the greatest concerns online shoppers have is not being satisfied with their order when it arrives. Our customers don't need to worry about this because we have implementing our Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy for their protection.

If you place an order for any of our wedding products and are not completely satisfied when your order arrives (or if your order is damaged), you can return your order for a refund within 15 days of receipt. These are the steps you need to follow:

• Complete our contact form explaining why you are not satisfied with the items you ordered - You need to do this before you ship your order back to us. This is very important. In the "Comments" section of the contact form, please specify why you are not satisfied with the items you ordered. Click here to go to our contact form.
  
  
• Wait for our confirmation - Once you complete and submit the contact form above, wait for our reply with shipping instructions for your order. Please do not ship your package back until you receive our confirmation. This is also very important.
  
  
• Ship your order to us and receive your refund - Once you receive our confirmation via email, ship the ordered items back to us in their original condition and we will issue a refund to your credit card or bank account once the order arrives.

Please note that NO returns will be accepted without our confirmation. Return items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted on personalized (engraved) items or sets, so please make sure that all your questions are answered before ordering personalized items. We will make sure that you have all the information you need before placing your order.
